As most members will be aware, we used the proceeds of a subscription to commission a local artist to produce two paintings intended to represent how the school would have looked around 1950 when Maurice left and in 1969 when the grammar school gave way to comprehensive and John stopped teaching there.
Anyone wishing to purchase a print of these paintings should look at the artist's own website at Andrew Forrest where full details are available. The OLO will receive a small commission on each sale. Anyone wanting more than one copy should email Andrew for a quotation as he will reduce the price slightly to reflect his p&p savings.
